SOAP stands for Scripture, Observation, Application, and Prayer—four steps designed to help couples engage with God's Word. This study is created to help you and your spouse grow spiritually, strengthen your relationship with God, and deepen your connection.
Through the Marriage SOAP method, read a passage of scripture together as a couple and determine how it speaks to marriage, love, and God's design for relationships. Reflect on how the scripture applies to your marriage—whether it offers encouragement, guides your actions, or challenges you to grow by seeking God's wisdom and strength to live out the truths you've learned together.
This study is designed to strengthen marriages through shared time in God's Word, whether as a couple or in a marriage small group of couples. If you're not currently in a small group, consider starting one or begin the SOAP study with your spouse.
